U.S. unemployment rates have reached a record high, with 16.7% of company workers forced to leave their jobs at Tum Blur Inc. following CEO Levi Lackerman's recent activity. These layoffs are increasing at unprecedented amounts, and former workers are filing complaints against the company for wrongful termination.

An investigation into the company shows that Y/N, a recent addition to the company staff, is the prime reason behind many of the layoffs, with workers quitting their jobs beforehand in order to not face the wrath of her or the infamous CEO. Lackerman, notoriously known for his cold stare and multiple professions, dealing as a rich businessman and alleged dangerous criminal, has never been known to have any weaknesses.

Now, men and women who work at the company are getting fired for even the smallest things, such as looking at company photographs with over 200 people, only because they allegedly looked at Y/N the wrong way. With the addition of Y/N, Lackerman seemed to have a change of heart, with many employees noticing the change in his demeanor.

"The CEO tried to kill my kitten because Y/N wanted to be the only kitten," said former worker, Joe Bless. His patterns of violence, which may be attributed to his mafia ties, have reached the workplace, where workers are constantly concerned about the 6'7 CEO sliming them out.

Lackerman's increased possessiveness has also led to a number of misunderstandings, in which those who were dismissed were left without compensation.

"I tried to tell people I was Hawaiian, but the CEO mistook it for saying I was 'Hi Y/N'," another previous employee, Dis Mist said. She, among many others, has not found any reimbursement for their unjust dismissal. In fact, it seems that the CEO only has the eyes for Y/N and the ears for her fawning, as opposed to serious company matters.

"Every time I'm in the office, Y/N acts sycophantically towards Mr. Lackerman. Just the other day, I heard her scream, 'Oh Levi, you're so strong,' after he grabbed her when she tripped over nothing. Then she defended him saying, 'Levi Lackerman is NOT a monster!'," Fye Erd said. "No wonder she's already a senior manager when she joined just one month ago."

Y/N's overly flattering behavior seems to surpass the control of HR, and she has reaped the benefits, consistently being found in Lackerman's office when not trying to find her waist.

"The CEO burned my family photos because Y/N said she doesn't have any after her tragic history," said Lay Doff. According to an HR report published by Tum Blur Inc., a majority of the complaints that came in raised concerns about Y/N's performance and workplace conduct, noting her lack of quality and completion in company projects.

These complaints are also correlated with the firings, as 80% of those who chose to speak out against Y/N ultimately had their contracts terminated.

There is no knowing how the company will continue to function, especially with a worker shortage. Stocks for Tum Blur Inc. have dropped over 50%, and projections indicate their continuous decline. If these patterns of firing continue, Lackerman's broad shoulders won't be the only shadow cast upon the entire company, and their profits will continue to plummet.
